D’accordo is a passion project created by three people who live and breathe music, each bringing their own unique skills and experiences — all with one shared goal: to make guitar learning and playing more comfortable, accessible, and enjoyable.
Roberto Zadra
is a guitarist, composer, and teacher with many years of experience working with students at Musikum Salzburg, Austria. He knows from firsthand experience how crucial proper posture is—both when learning to play and at a professional level. The idea for the D’accordo Guitar ArmRest was born directly from his teaching and performing practice.
Federico Zadra
is a mechanical engineer, technical designer, and production manager. He brings ideas to life with precision, creativity, and passion — and when he’s not engineering, he’s playing the saxophone or diving into his love for music.
Špela Simonisek
is a guitarist, teacher, and marketing and finance enthusiast. She’s dedicated to helping as many young guitar players as possible feel more confident and comfortable while learning, through thoughtful design and real classroom experience.
