I got one for my young student who has some difficulties with the correct posture and it helps him detach the wrist from the top and raise the guitars head a bit.

Der rechte Arm liegt gut auf und hält seine Position ohne Probleme, da das Material rutschfest ist.
Mit dieser Stütze muss ich den rechten Arm kaum noch halten, was meiner rechten Schulter unglaublich gut tut 😊

Die erhöhte Position der rechten Hand finde ich sehr angenehm.
Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Gitarre freier schwingen kann, da sie weniger Berührungspunkte mit dem Arm hat.

The armrest arrived today.  I have fitted it to an octave mandolin and I have a chance to try it.  It is very well designed and constructed.

The armrests offer multiple benefits: The first advantage is that they position the right hand slightly higher than the strings, allowing the wrist to align more naturally with the forearm…
The second advantage is that it significantly reduces the pressure exerted on the forearm by the edge of the soundboard when there are no “arm rests”…
The third advantage is that the arm rests are not permanently attached to the guitar, thus preserving the instrument’s integrity while also allowing them to be placed on different instruments as needed…

Ich habe gleich zwei weitere Armlehnen bestellt.

This is now my forth one - which is already a proof that I like it. Als I see some improvements in the quality of the protective rubber. From the constructive side I might have some wishes:

1) Maybe to have something like 3 well defined points of contact with the top of the guitar;
2) Maybe a slightly larger distance of the arm from the top - my arm is not skinny and it tends to touch the top and dampen it slightly even with the armrest.

Still the best affordable after-market product for this functional aspect. Thanks for making it!

Easy Start Armrest is the best opportunity for young beginners to avoid developing incorrect hand positions, as it is very important to learn proper technique from the beginning.

The armrest helps maintaining right hand position and it is a real game changer for long-fingered guiatarists - by elevating the forearm it gives fingers enough room to move correctly.

Keep in mind that elevating the forearm affects the whole arm and the shoulder as well - so at first it may feel a but awkward and I recommend short sessions and focusing on relaxed shoulders. After a week I feel really comfortable with it and don't want to play without it :)

Der d’Accordo Armrest Pro High überzeugt mich in mehrfacher Hinsicht. Er hält sehr zuverlässig, ohne dass man die Schrauben übermäßig fest anziehen muss, was ein sicheres und materialschonendes Montieren erlaubt.

Der Handgelenkswinkel wird deutlich natürlicher, was sich unmittelbar positiv auf Anschlag, Tonformung und Nuancierung auswirkt. Nach einer kurzen Umgewöhnungszeit ist der Ton sogar differenzierter kontrollierbar als zuvor.

Besonders angenehm ist die spürbare Entlastung der Schulter. Gleichzeitig bietet das Material ausreichend Grip, sodass der Unterarm stabil aufliegt, ohne in seiner Beweglichkeit eingeschränkt zu sein.

Für mich ist der Armrest eine klare ergonomische und spieltechnische Verbesserung – ich möchte inzwischen nicht mehr ohne spielen.
